The inspiration for DayNight, Vol. 1 Iceland began with a conversation I had years ago with a coworker. While en route to London, her sister’s flight made a layover stop in Iceland. The report was that Reykjavík had a great nightlife scene. The juxtaposition of nature and nightlife intrigued me; a visitor could go ice climbing during the day, and to a rave at night. Ever since that chat, Iceland is on my future travel wish list.

This is a mock travel site created for an NYPL Project Code Phase 1 class. Information on this site is anecdotal, and some images are used for illustration purposes only.
